PinkBerry v1.0 for BlackBerry Pearl 81xx OS 4.5+:
PinkBerry was built for the female BlackBerry User Community. With the help from my wife and oldest daughter [both BlackBerry users] we collaborated to come up with a Theme that would hold a professional look and true functionality, but allow you the choice to change wallpapers and still keep that “girl” presence throughout the Theme.
PinkBerry is a Today Style Plus Theme, with Bottom Dock Icons that can be configured in any order for all your favorite app’s.
PinkBerry offers a Today Style Plus Theme with bottom dock icons also added in. You get 2 top icons that include Messages and Calendar Entries. On the Pearl / 81xx you get 3 entries for Messages and 2 entries for Calendar items that will be displayed on the Home Screen and a nice Pink highlight for each entry as you scroll over the entry or new message. The messages show up to 3 New Incoming Unread E-Mails and the Calendar will show the upcoming 2 entries you have. The demo video below will give you the best understanding, so please be sure to view it.
On the bottom dock there are 5 icons that you can configure for any app's you want to put there. I've wrapped the bottom icons in a black background and then added a Pink highlight tab. This looks really sweet and you surely can't miss which icon you are hovering over.
This Theme is wallpaper friendly, so if you have a favorite wallpaper feel free to activate it.
The only thing I could not fit on the home screen was the name of the app as you hover over top of it. I would assume that with 5 bottom dock app's you'll know which icon follows the app. The added benefit is in increase in font size for the Today Preview entries!
