Alpha HT + is a Today Style Theme with a Hidden Today Preview that allows you to preview new incoming Emails, Missed Calls, Calendar Entries, SMS and more. As an added benefit you can also turn the Hidden Today Preview completely off if you’d like.

All devices also have access to Profiles, Clock, Search and Manage Connections via the Top Banner Hotspots.

You will know if the Hidden Today Feature is On or Off by the “HT” Icon in the Message Envelope notification area. If the “HT” Icon is showing that means the Hidden Today Feature is On, if the “HT” icon is NOT showing that means it is Off.

To turn the Hidden Today Preview On or Off follow these simple steps:

For Full Keypad Devices, including the 9800:
  • Alt O = On
  • Alt F = Off
  • Alt S = Search

For The 9100 Devices:
  • Alt 1 = On
  • Alt 2 = Off
  • Alt 4 = Search

For 9500 Devices:
  • Touch the top left side of the Banner in the Date Area
  • Touch the top right side of the Banner in the Date Area
  • Touch The Search Icon in the Top Banner

If you’re using a light wallpaper and need a darker backdrop to view the Hidden Today Preview you can activate a opaque background like so:

For Full Keypad Devices, including the 9800:
  • Space Bar to activate
  • Escape Key to de-activate

For The 9100 Devices:
  • Alt 3 to activate
  • Escape to de-activate

For 9500 Devices:
  • Touch the “HT” Icon to activate
  • Escape to de-activate
